Warriors in Recovery was originally established in 2012 as “Structure for Wounded Warriors” a non profit organization with an official Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) status designed to provide military personnel and disabled veterans suffering with physical and/or emotional injuries alternate methods of care programs, that may not be covered by insurance to serve as a support system for veterans and their families.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Emotional Disorders, along with Physical Injuries are serious conditions afflicting our military community. Warriors in Recovery strives to provide it’s recipients essential alternate methods of treatment through services such as:
•Trigger Point Therapy
•Psychoeducational Group Programs
Warriors in Recovery’s network of qualified associates provide beneficial services at little to no cost to their recipients which serves as a much needed resource that serves as a model for other communities across the nation. Warriors in Recovery was launched in 2012 and has already played an integral role in providing care for warriors nationwide through Warrior Games, Camps, Trials and private programs serving Air Force, Army, Marine, Navy, Coast Guard and SOCOM Wounded, ill or injured servicemen and women.
